Schneider VAMP 257 PowerLogic Advanced Feeder and Motor Protection Relay
Schneider VAMP 257 PowerLogic Advanced Feeder and Motor Protection Relay is a multifunction numerical relay developed for advanced protection and control of low- and medium-voltage feeders, motors, and electrical distribution systems. It combines protection, automation, metering, and communication functions in a single unit, making it suitable for demanding industrial and utility applications.
The relay supports a wide range of current- and voltage-based protection functions, allowing it to adapt to different network configurations. With five current inputs and three voltage inputs, VAMP 257 provides directional overcurrent protection, voltage supervision, auto-reclose, and detailed power measurements. Its large digital I/O capacity also makes it suitable for applications requiring extensive control and monitoring.
