Schneider Electric PowerLogic™ A3-F6P Arc Flash Protection Relay

The Schneider Electric PowerLogic™ A3-F6P Arc Flash Protection Relay is designed to provide fast and scalable arc flash protection for low and medium-voltage switchgear. It detects arc faults using optical light sensors and sends high-speed trip commands to isolate the affected circuit before the fault can cause significant damage. Its quick response helps improve equipment protection while enhancing personnel safety.

The A3-F6P is designed for single-panel installations but can also be expanded into larger protection systems. It supports up to six optical arc sensors, allowing multiple protection zones to be monitored from one device. For larger switchgear line-ups, the relay can be connected with additional PowerLogic A3 units through the system bus, creating a flexible arc flash protection solution as the installation grows.

With a wide auxiliary supply range, multiple mounting options and straightforward configuration using rotary switches, the PowerLogic A3-F6P is suitable for both new installations and retrofit projects across industrial, commercial and utility applications.
