Schneider Preventa XPSAF Safety Relays are safety monitoring relays designed for emergency stop circuits and safety switch monitoring in industrial machines. They continuously supervise emergency stop push buttons, safety interlock switches, and guard doors to ensure hazardous equipment stops safely whenever a fault or unsafe condition is detected. The relays help improve operator safety while maintaining reliable machine operation.

The XPSAF Series is built for applications that require a high level of functional safety. It provides redundant internal monitoring, self-checking diagnostics, and configurable start monitoring to detect wiring faults and internal relay failures. Three front-mounted LED indicators provide clear information about power supply and output status, making commissioning and troubleshooting easier.

Available with fixed or removable terminal blocks, the XPSAF series is suitable for machine builders as well as maintenance and retrofit projects. Although this product family has been discontinued by Schneider Electric, it remains widely installed across industrial facilities, creating continued demand for replacement units and spare parts.
