Schneider Preventa XPSATE Safety Relays are safety monitoring relays designed for emergency stop circuits, safety gate switches, and other machine safety functions that require reliable monitoring of dual-channel safety inputs. They continuously supervise connected safety devices and immediately switch the machine to a safe state whenever a fault, emergency stop command, or guard opening is detected.

The XPSATE Series is built for industrial machinery where dependable functional safety is essential. It incorporates redundant internal circuits and self-monitoring functions to detect wiring faults, internal failures, and contact welding. This helps improve machine safety while reducing the possibility of unexpected operation.

The relays are housed in a compact DIN rail enclosure with front-mounted LED indicators for quick status monitoring. Manual or automatic restart functions are available depending on the model, making the series suitable for a variety of machine safety applications. Although the XPSATE range has been discontinued by Schneider Electric, it remains widely installed in industrial plants and is still required for maintenance, replacement, and retrofit projects.
