Schneider Electric Easergy MiCOM P743 Numerical Busbar Protection Relay is an extended peripheral unit designed for the Easergy MiCOM P74x distributed busbar protection system. Working together with the MiCOM P741 Central Unit and MiCOM P742 Peripheral Unit, it provides fast and dependable differential protection for complex busbar arrangements in medium, high and extra-high voltage substations.
The MiCOM P743 collects and processes current measurements from connected feeders before transmitting them to the central unit through high-speed redundant fibre optic communication.
